The following terms and conditions are agreed upon by subscribing to biz360tv's Boost service managed by tech360tv pte ltd. If you do not agree with any aspect of these terms, kindly refrain from using this subscription service.  You understand that any personal information you provide to tech360tv as part of the subscription service will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. tech360tv reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility as a subscriber to review and comply with the latest version of the terms and conditions. ​By subscribing to this service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. All services are effective for a period of three months from the start date of subscription, and cannot be refunded, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Subscribers are allowed to subscribe to multiple plans and any discounts from the previous plan shall be extended until the end date of the latest plan, however, it is required that they are fully utilised by the conclusion of the latest subscription plan. Story Submission As a subscriber, you have the option to submit stories for consideration to be featured on biz360tv website and shared on tech360tv's facebook page, and must adhere to the fundamental editorial guidelines of biz360tv. Only technology business related stories shall be deemed for consideration, and our editorial team reserves the right to make any necessary revisions, modifications, or enhancements to the content whilst preserving the essence and core message of the original submission. While we offer an impressive pickup rate of over 90% for submitted stories through this service, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee the publication of every submitted story and we are not liable for any loss or damages arising from the non-publication or modification of any submitted story. The submission that has been rejected shall not be included in the total number of submissions remaining. The subscriber is entitled to revise and resubmit their story. The final decision regarding the inclusion, modification, or rejection of any submitted content rests solely with tech360tv's editorial. Subscribers warrant that any content they submit is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights. The quantity of submissions shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of your plan. Kindly be advised that any further submissions shall not be deemed for consideration. If you desire additional story submissions, it will be necessary for you to enrol in a new plan. Any discounts from the previous plan shall be extended until the end date of the latest plan, however, it is required that they are fully utilised by the conclusion of the latest subscription plan. Video Production Services by tech360tv tech360tv offers a comprehensive Video Production service to our clients, aimed at delivering high-quality and engaging visual content. We will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, target audience, and desired message. It's important to note that the creative direction, style, and content of the final video will be determined in collaboration with the client, ensuring their brand identity and messaging are accurately represented. Our Video Production service includes clear pricing and deliverables, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to the commencement of the project. Any additional requests or modifications may incur additional costs and will be subject to mutual agreement. tech360tv reserves the right to use the produced videos for promotional purposes, including showcasing them on biz360tv & tech360tv's platforms, social media channels, and other relevant media outlets unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement with the client. ​Advertorials on tech360tv Our advertorials, which are promotional content integrated within our editorial platform, adhere to tech360tv's strict house style. This style prohibits the use of aggressive product or service promotion in order to maintain a more reader and viewer-friendly content experience. We continuously update our style to align with the preferences of our audience, aiming to create engaging content. We value collaboration with our clients to ensure their messaging is effectively conveyed within the confines of our house style. However, please be aware that tech360tv has the ultimate authority to make final decisions on the content and presentation of all advertorials.
