Microsoft to Invest $1.7 Billion in Cloud and AI Expansion in Indonesia, Says CEO
Microsoft plans to invest $1.7 billion in expanding cloud services and AI in Indonesia over the next four years. The investment includes the construction of data centres and aims to bring advanced AI infrastructure to the country. Microsoft will train 2.5 million people in Southeast Asia in AI usage by 2025, with 840,000 of them in Indonesia.
